Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 2 working days of receiving your order. However, any return request must be reported within 6 hours of receiving the order, along with clear pictures of the item and its condition. Requests or notices submitted after 6 hours may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a fault, defect, or error on our side, we cover the return shipping cost.

• If you wish to return an item for personal reasons with no fault on our side, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (card) within one working week.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
