We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns work.
Return Window You may request a return within 2 working days of receiving your order.
Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a fault, defect, or error on our side, we cover the return shipping cost.
- If you wish to return an item for personal reasons with no fault on our side, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (card) within one working week.
Non-Returnable Items Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
